When can I host a screening?

Menopause: Coming in Hot is currently accepting requests for small, private, free screenings. All license agreements must be submitted before a screening date can be confirmed.

How is my screening confirmed?

Your screening is officially confirmed by email once we receive and approve your license agreement.

How long will screening requests be accepted?

The film producers will be accepting screening requests for events until October 13, 2026.

How much does a screening cost?

Screening fees vary depending on the type of screening you are hosting. Please submit a screening request and our team will provide additional details.

How will I receive the film?

Once your screening date is approved, you will receive a non-downloadable, password-protected digital screening link approximately 7–10 days before your event.

What if a digital screening link will not work for my venue?

Alternative formats are available. We can provide a DCP link for an additional fee of $100, as well as limited Blu-rays and DCP hard drives. Hosts are responsible for any required shipping costs.

Can you help with Eventbrite registration?

Yes. If you would like assistance setting up an Eventbrite invitation for your event, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

Can a producer attend our screening?

Yes. You may request a producer to attend your event either in person or virtually. Additional fees may apply depending on the request.

Do hosts receive promotional materials?

Approved hosts will receive access to our digital promotional and marketing toolkit, along with a discussion guide to support meaningful conversations around the film.

Are subtitles or accessibility options available?

Subtitles, closed captioning, and descriptive video may be available upon request for select languages, depending on the screening technology being used.
